How to apply

The application information below summarizes the captured scholarship source. Review the provider page before submitting.

  1. Register in the online application system. These are published application instructions, not an active invitation: applications are closed and the portal states that no new students will be admitted for 2026/2027. Required
  2. Select ONE available study programme; check its entry and language requirements. The selected programme cannot be changed after submission. Required
  3. Fill out and save the application form in English, provide a recent photo, and type the motivation letter into the designated section. Required
  4. Upload the required application documents, including the local Christian Church recommendation meeting the specified issuance, signature and formal requirements. Submit translations with originals where required; uploaded files have a total maximum size of 4 MB. Doctoral applicants must also upload additional documents, but their details are not supplied in the available blocks. Required
  5. Accept the Statement for Application in the online system and declare that you have familiarized yourself with the Privacy Policy. Do not upload a scanned signed Statement for Application. Required
  6. Submit the complete online application by clicking “Submit” before the deadline; merely saving it is insufficient. No hard copies are required. Required
  7. If your application is forwarded for entrance examination, upload the Annex 6 medical certificate by 30 April 2026. It may also be uploaded from the beginning of the application period. Required
  8. For further information, first consult the Call for Applications and frequently asked questions, then contact the programme by email if needed. Optional
