- Optionally register for the Equity Fellowship Information Session scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, 3–4 p.m. ET. This is informational, not a required application step. Optional
- Apply for the CPL Equity Fellowship through the HKS financial aid application by January 15, 2027. Select the Equity Fellowship and exactly one equity-based focus area, then submit the required biographical profile and two essays as part of that application. Required

- The required HKS master’s admission application has a $100 fee, and fee waivers are available in specified cases. The fellowship application is submitted through the HKS financial aid application. Applicants select one focus area. Finalists are interviewed in late February; CPL fellowship interviews are virtual. Fellows are expected to attend fellowship programming for the duration of the fellowship, including a field experience trip.
