- Submit an eligibility form during the eligibility period. Eligibility must be established before application materials are sent. Required

The submission deadline depends on enrollment status: February 1 for applicants already enrolled in the graduate program and school; March 15 for applicants not yet enrolled and for Cottey College applicants.
