How to apply

The application information below summarizes the captured scholarship source. Review the provider page before submitting.

  1. Complete the application form with the requested details about your studies, education, professional experience, projects, distinctions, scientific work, skills, extracurricular activities, motivation, career objectives, and reasons for your semester 2 and 3 mobility choices. Required
  2. Enter your first referee’s details in the application form; the first referee is mandatory and a second is optional. Save the referee page to trigger the automatic email to the referees. Required
  3. Send the completed application through the website. Do not send documents by post or email; incomplete applications will be rejected. The procedure says one application is sufficient for consideration for the scholarship options, but also states that there are no self-financed admissions. Required
  4. Remind your referees to check their spam folders and ensure they submit their letters through the link they receive, not by email. You are responsible for ensuring they respond on time; referees must use a valid institutional email address. Required
