- Tuition-free: UoPeople does not charge for courses, course materials or annual enrolment. It is not free of cost, though. Students pay a one-time, non-refundable $60 application fee, plus an assessment fee for each course: $180 per undergraduate course, $430 per M.Ed. course and $490 per MBA/MSIT course. UoPeople's approximate total cost is $3,660 for an associate degree, $4,000 (General Studies) to $7,260 (Business, Computer Science) for a bachelor's, and $5,650 (Education) to $5,940 (MBA, MSIT) for a master's. Donor-funded scholarships can cover these fees: the Gaza Scholarship supports bachelor's students residing in, or originally from, Gaza (no separate scholarship application is needed), and other UoPeople scholarships are requested after admission.
