- Choose up to two preferred supervisors from the SSP Supervisor List, matching your field of study. Required
- Complete and submit the Online Pre-Application Request to your preferred supervisor or supervisors through the KUT Online Pre-Application Request Form, then obtain the supervisor's permission to apply. You may submit requests to no more than two supervisors in one entry period; if a preferred supervisor does not reply within two weeks, the pre-application is considered rejected. Required
- Respond promptly when your preferred supervisor contacts you after reviewing the pre-application request. Required
- After obtaining supervisor permission, choose only one preferred supervisor and complete all required SSP application documents. Required
- Submit the completed application documents to KUT by post so that they reach KUT by the applicable deadline. Address them to the International Relations Section, Kochi University of Technology, Tosayamada, Kami City Kochi 782-8502, JAPAN. Required
- Participate in the document screening, interview, and specialized-subject examination if requested as part of the admission decision. Required
