International applicants to an eligible University of Kyrenia master's or PhD programme. Master's applicants need an undergraduate diploma and transcript; PhD applicants also need a master's diploma and transcript plus a CV and thesis proposal. Passport and language evidence are requested for both levels.

- Tuition scholarship; the reviewed call does not publish the percentage or monetary value. It does not cover foundation courses or English/Turkish preparatory-school fees.
