- Admission to the programme is an essential requirement before scholarship consideration. Applicants cannot submit the scholarship application without an official IACA reference number; the reference number is issued by the IACA Admissions Team after confirming that an applicant's admission application is complete. Applicants choosing the hybrid study format must provide evidence that they can meet required travel and participation costs. Candidates should demonstrate that they can complete the programme within its standard two-year duration.
